Riad Baladin - Essaouira

We loved the unique charm of the riad, especially the cozy terrace where we enjoyed breakfast with our adult kids. The location in the Medina made it easy to explore, and we appreciated the helpful tips from the friendly staff for local attractions.

My wife says that a shower instead of the bathtub would be more convenient for families.

Thank you guys for a just perfect stay on holidays. The location is particularly good and fab, near restaurants and many other things and the center of attractions and port, restaurants, parking, you cannot beat it. Also, Essaouira Ramparts is at a medium distance from the venue.

The room was nice styled, with a view over garden. The location was great and fab: a market and stores were within walking distance.

Beautiful decor and a serene atmosphere made my stay nice. The bathroom setup lacks privacy with just curtains. Enjoyed bike tours offered nearby.

We were offered a sensational breakfast with juice and pastries. The king room was spotless and airy, with an electric kettle, a stone fireplace and central heating...

Romantic and charming place to stay 1 km away from Moulay Hassan Square. Nice styled units with bath. Amazing location of the hotel in the old town. Adjacent to great restaurants, Morocco during the COVID-19 crisis, and the center of the Medina. A really nice way to end my trip.

The terrace was amazing, but the shower pressure could definitely be improved.

The decor was slightly pleasing, but honestly, the shower pressure was abysmal. It was quite a challenge to wash off days of travel grime! Not to mention, after expecting a complimentary welcome drink for the inconvenience, i was sorely disappointed. One would imagine that a majestic riad would offer better quality towels-those were practically rags!

The rooftop breakfasts were delicious, and the team, especially Felix, gave great tips for exploring Essaouira. My room had a lovely design but could use new towels. A fantastic experience!

The enchanting decor and a scenic roof terrace provided a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The breakfast, with delicious pies, was a good start to each day. The moldy smell in the room was quite off-putting, detracting from an otherwise lovely experience. The shower's water pressure was below expectations, and a lingering scent craved ventilation despite efforts to air out the space.

Charming stay with amazing rooftop vibes

I recently spent a night at this lovely riad and was impressed by the beautiful nautical decor and the excellent breakfast served on the rooftop. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-decorated. The staff were very accommodating, even providing a spare key for when I needed to step out. One thing to note is that the bathroom arrangement might not suit everyone, as it features a curtain instead of a door, which could feel awkward in a group setting.

The hosts created an inviting atmosphere with flowers and candles. Breakfast on the terrace was a perfect start to the day 🌼

The decor captures a charming nautical vibe! Beds are really firm. Enjoyed fantastic breakfasts with beautiful views. The staff were kind and helpful (Felix's tips for local dining were a highlight!).

The staff were extremely friendly and know their duties. My room included central heating, tea and coffee making equipment, and a sitting area. - the breakfast offered lots of food and was satisfactory and adequate. - the venue was so close to Essaouira. - Had a really nice stay on holidays.

The double room at Riad Baladin was stylish and offered a nice view of the Essaouira skyline. Riad Baladin provided a great base for our trip.
